Don't forget to come and join us May 20, 2012 for the next walk!

All reports coming in say that the 2011 Walk for Lupus Lupus in Manitoba set the bar high for upcoming years.  The sun was shining and we had our highest number of people,  approximately 131 people attended this fun event.

D.U. Ducks Unlimited along with Ronald McDonald were there to mingle with participants and to cheer everyone on.  McDonald's Restaurants supplied apple slices, juice, coffee and water, the Lupus Society of Manitoba sold barbequed hotdogs, chips and drinks.

There was face painting  for the children and each furry friend that attended received treats throughout the day.

The final amount raised has not been verified but it is close to $6,000!  Thank you to all who came out to support us.
